Back on Track

Back on track to achieving my 400m goal in Sept 09.

Tuesday 6x1000m at 3'40 - 4'00 pace exhausted but quick recovery with Strive+
Thursday 6x600m at 3'00 pace again exhausted with quick recovery.

Lovin' the Nutriway Nutrilite Strive. Mixing it with 400ml water for recovery but sometimes with 500ml water for hydration.

Works like a charm.

Have spent two weeks at work picking the brains of one of Norway's best 400m hurdlers. Inspiring to say the least! We're going to train together for the next few months!
