6 easy steps to a healthier lifestyle

1. Eat breakfast: breakfast sets you up for the day and gets your metabolism going. Research shows that if you eat breakfast you have a greater chance of losing weight or maintaining a healthy weight

2. Move!! Just like in all the Choice hotels: use the stairs and not the elevator. Why? Simple!!: the more you move, the better it is for your health

4. Choose an activity you enjoy: this keeps you motivated to continue exercising

5. Eat healthy snacks between meals: fruit or a glass of milk is a great way to get good nutritional value in a snack. This habit will curb your apetite and help you control your weight
